1. Dental Treatment Payments
Payments made towards dental consultation, diagnosis, treatment, procedures, packages, or other clinical services are subject to the treatment plan agreed upon with the patient.
Once a treatment has been commenced or clinical services have been provided, the amount paid for the completed or utilized treatment is non-refundable.
Any remaining amount or advance payment will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to the treatment status and the clinic’s applicable policies.
2. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.
If a patient needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they are requested to contact the clinic in advance.
3. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
Patients may request to reschedule an appointment by contacting the clinic as early as possible.
Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.
Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or failure to attend an appointment may be subject to applicable clinic policies.
4. Dental Products
If dental-care products are sold through our website, returns may be accepted only when:
- The product is unused and unopened.
- The original packaging is intact.
- The product has not been damaged, altered, or tampered with.
- The return request is made within the applicable return period.
- The product is eligible for return under applicable laws and our return conditions.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used dental-care products may not be eligible for return.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide your order details and, where applicable, photographs of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
6. Digital Products
Digital products, downloadable guides, educational materials, e-books, courses, or other digital content purchased through our website are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or the content has been downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or other payment service provider.
8. Non-Refundable Situations

- Dental treatment or consultation that has already been provided.
- Products that have been used, opened, damaged, or tampered with.
- Digital products where access or download has already been provided.
- Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice.
- Change of mind after a service has been provided.
- Any other situation where a refund is restricted by applicable law or the nature of the service/product.
9. How to Request a Refund or Return

- Patient/customer name
- Order or transaction details, if applicable
- Date of purchase/payment
- Reason for the request
- Relevant supporting information or photographs, where applicable
